Terms of Service

This agreement is between you (the "Client") and Cobosh ("we," "us," or "our"). By accepting this agreement, you agree to the terms below.

We optimize your Google Business Profile with the goal of reaching a top 3 position in Google Maps for your main keyword in your agreed target area within 90 days.

• A full audit and optimization of your Google Business Profile
• An SEO-focused website build, if needed
• A review generation system tailored to your business
• Weekly Google Business Profile posts, planned around a content strategy
• Competitor analysis and positioning in your local market
• Weekly ranking reports and progress updates
• Ongoing support, adjustments, and optimization throughout the 90 days

To do the work, we need access to your Google Business Profile and your website. We will always let you know before making any major changes. After payment, we'll send step-by-step instructions for granting us secure access.

If you don't reach a top 3 position in Google Maps for your main keyword in your target area within 90 days, we will pause your billing and keep working at no charge until the goal is reached. Billing resumes at the start of the next billing cycle after that.

While we work together, we will not take on another business in your industry within the same target area.

Google determines search and map rankings, and its algorithms and policies can change at any time. While we use proven methods and stand behind our guarantee above, we cannot control Google's decisions, including profile suspensions or algorithm updates.

There are no long-term contracts. You may cancel at any time by emailing artie@cobosh.com. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing cycle, and fees already paid are non-refundable.

After you accept this agreement, we'll send an invoice for the agreed price. We accept:

• Zelle
• PayPal
• Mailed check

Within 24 hours of receiving payment, we'll email you an onboarding guide with next steps. The 90-day period begins once we have access to everything listed above.

This agreement is governed by the laws of the State of Illinois.
